Trying to log in to dissolvingillusions.com/wp-admin

    Hi there,

    My name is Salome. I was currently hired to redesign a website for dissolvingillusions.com

    I was given the log-in information however when I even hit dissolvingillusions.com/wp-admin to log in, I’m getting a blank page with some error text. Can you please help?

    The site dissolvingillusions.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Hostgator Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Hostgator also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.     You can ask Hostgator support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
