trying to move my domain over

my WordPress domain is ‘parked’ not sure what this means.
Id like to move it over to Squarespace bc word press is a beast and I couldn’t figure it out in time. Squarespace very user and beginner friendly.
any who I need this domain.
I linked it but its saying something about ownership.
I paid for a webpage through you guys and then got refunded but not all the way. so im assuming I then paid for the domain and I dont know how to make it unparked.
