trying to purchase a label

    I am trying to purchase a shipping label through my wordpress/woocommerce site. when I try to purchase a label, I am asked to input a credit card, when I click the link to in put my card, I am directed to another wordpress.com site, I have inputted the card several times, but will not recognize, connect and purchase. I am also getting this pop up notice on the help page.

    I am not sure why the two wordpress sites are not communicating and how to resolve the issue so that I can use my credit card to purchase a shipping label
