Trying to re-create my site

Hello, I’m trying to recreate my site Extreme Versatility and I’m running across error saying I need to contact you. This will make my second site that I’m planning to launch Extreme Versatility and Extreme Rejuvenation.. I was also told by you all that I’m able to create multiple sites if I wanted please help.. Thanks!
