trying to recover access to tryppy.wordpress.com

  I have a wordpress site, tryppy.wordpress.com, that I created over 10 years ago, and to which I added my artwork and photos, but I have lost/forgotten the email address that has my original creation credentials.
  How can I recover access to this blog ? (I am the owner of the tryppy.com domain that I used to direct to this blog via the wordpress nameserver)
  I viewed the account recovery form, but since I have lost/forgotten the email account and/or username that I used to create and manage this site, I need help in recovering it !

  The blog I need help with is not tahoeblue.wordpress.com, but tryppy.wordpress.com
