Trying to recover our website
-
Hello. Earlier today our business’ website went offline, saying “suspended”. We think it was hacked. Our word press account had some random name logged in. My business partner somehow found what he thought was a WordPress contact number and this guy answers and said for $99.99 he can recover it? Sounded fishy. He didn’t ask for any info, passwords, etc. I’m not an IT guy but if anyone has any advice it’d be appreciated. Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We can’t help as that site is running on nor registered by the wordpress.com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://www.thehideoutaptos.com
You must contact your hosting support at Bluehost.

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out about this unexpected and inconvenient situation.
I’ve checked the site you’ve shared using our Site Profiler tool: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/www.thehideoutaptos.com
It shows that your site, while built with the WordPress software, is hosted at Bluehost—and not at WordPress.com.
In this case, I strongly suggest reaching out to Bluehost directly for further assistance. I also found this help page on their help portal that could be very helpful. Bluehost’s support team is in the best position to help you recover access to the site without any additional cost.
If you’d like to have our team’s support at WordPress.com, you can consider migrating your site to our servers.
I hope what I’ve covered here is helpful and clear, and I will keep my fingers crossed for a speedy resolution.
