trying to renew domain

  I am trying to renew domain for tbyc.net . Submitted payment and then received message the domain is already renewed. But the site is still down. What gives?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am seeing that domain mapping for tbyc.net was renewed and is set to expire a year from now on 2017-11-07.

  So I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.

  Thank you for the followup. There was a glitch in the system that did not allow me to enter the domain renewal on the Manage Purchases page. The WordPress Happiness Engineer provided a link for me to submit payment manually and the site was back up and running. Thanks for all your support.
