Trying to renew domain

  Hi I’m trying to renew my domain, and I logged into the account and see no where to do so. I clicked on manage purchases, and there’s nothing in there. I cannot even seem to access the site itself, which is definitely hosted on WordPress. Can you help? (I can’t find any direct contact, only this forum post)

  My domain is wildboarbasil.com, and it shows as registered to someone else? I just got the renewal notice. How do I get this back????

  Hi there,

  The domain, wildboarbasil.com, is registered to a different username, jkappleseed. You’ll need to be logged in as that username to renew the domain.

  Once you’re logged in as that account, please let me know here as I will need to help you renew the domain – it is already too far expired for you to be able to renew it yourself.
