trying to renew domain – but not original register

    Hi there,

    We have a community site that one of our old board members registered the domain name for and we can’t get in touch with them. Is there a way to renew the domain without that person’s information? They invited me to be on the site to admin – but I am not able to pay with a new card.

    It looks like you were able to get this sorted out as I’m seeing 2017 expiration dates on the upgrades.
