Trying To Renew Domain Without Upgrading to Premium

  My domain is set to expire in a couple days and I want to simply renew my domain name WITHOUT upgrading to the premium account. I was emailed from WordPress that the renewal would be $26. When I click the link to the WordPress site and log in, I don’t have that option anywhere. Help!

  Hi there,

  What domain are you trying to renew? The only domain I see in your account is burrowbadger.com, which was purchased for the first time yesterday as a new domain. I don’t see any previously purchased domains that are due for renewal.

  New domains can only be bought as part of a plan if you want to use them with a WordPress.com site.
