trying to renew my domain before it expires, but not upgrade

  I am receiving emails that my domain is expiring soon. I cannot easily find the place where to renew it. I am directed to places where it asks me to upgrade, but I want to maintain the lowest cost for this nonprofit program’s site and just pay it now on my credit card. But this is proving more difficult to do than I had hoped. Laura Norman

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  I have two accounts through/with WordPress. The seniorpeerprevention.org that I am trying to renew before it expires, but also chalkartprescott. I am not super techie and need some guidance. thanks!

  and the user name associated with the wordpress login/account info I have here is “lnorman2014”. I do think I was the original purchaser. But we did have an americorps vista member here, and perhaps this is something that person originally did and I’m forgetting

  I need to leave for the day soon. The emails of reminder about our expiration are coming to Terri Roza; she is forwarding them to me as I have the credit card and am the program supervisor. She is “troza2014”. Does that help? thanks, laura

  Yes, it does. The domain is under Terri’s account. So, you can either renew the domain from under her account, or you can have her transfer the domain over to your account. I can do that for you all if Terri wants to post in this thread under her account to confirm.
