Trying to renew my domain name via WordPress – not working

Hi!
Last year, I purchased my domain name via WordPress.COM: DANSNOTREBOCAL.COM However, I created my website using WordPress.ORG. A day or two before the expiration date of my domain name, I received a call (and strangely, no e-mails) from WordPress telling me to renew my domain name via the ‘Shop’ Section of my dashboard. Because I’m working on the WordPress.ORG platform, I couldn’t find that section. I know, however, it exists on the WordPress.COM platform, where I’m pretty sure I bought my domain name.I tried to access my WordPress.COM account, and I can’t seem to log in. And when I do (using the jennifervales account), I only see my other blogs, not my website : DANSNOTREBOCAL.COM.
In the process, I learned WP buys domain names from other companies; in my case, it was Wild West Domains. So I reached by phone and by e-mail. This is how they responded (which confirmed my thoughts):

——Before even receiving this e-mail, I tried to contact you on a another subject by e-mail, and unfortunately, didn’t receive an answer.
Basically, what I’m looking to do is to renewing my domain name: DANSNOTREBOCAL.COM since it has been down since September 5, 2014. It seems like I also need access to my account info.
