trying to renew my subscription to NO AVAIL!!

I have been trying to renew my subscription for my web site, but the mechanism insists I don’t have a site yet. I do. I can access it, and interact with it and Word Press sends me notifications about activity. I need to update credit card info but no way to do this. Does anyone know how to get through to Word Press? This is crazy.

What is the URL of the site in question?
I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
