trying to renew premium

  I can’t seem to find a way to renew premium level. One screen says “you no longer have this upgrade and need to re-purchase” and the next screen says “you have already upgraded” and the purchase button is greyed out.

  How do I renew?

  The domain kolemunah.net is set to expire in 4 days. Please log into the dashboard to check your subscription and auto-renew status to assure that the domain doesn’t expire.

  Can anyone help me? My hard-worked-on blog is about to dissappear and I’m trying to renew. As far as I can tell there isn’t even a WP support email I can contact.

  Hi there,

  Upgrades can only be managed and renewed by the user who purchased and owns the upgrades. The user who purchased the WordPress.com Premium upgrade for your site can log in and renew it from the My Upgrades page.

  In this case, the upgrade was purchased by the other administrator on the site, so that admin will need to log in to renew this upgrade. You can check the users on your site under Users > All Users in the site’s dashboard.

  Is there any way to change “owner” and keep the blog? The person in question isn’t involved anymore.

  Sure! I can transfer ownership of the blog and the upgrade, or just the upgrade, from the current owner to another user on the blog — the current owner just needs to confirm that request before I can make any changes.

  You can ask that person to reply to this forum thread to confirm it, or they can contact us directly about it.
