Trying to set up a new non-blog site, looks like I'm stuck with this new interface?

  With this new interface, I have less control and all my favorite plugins ‘Contact Form 7’ and ‘Fast Secure Form’ aren’t available. Any way to set up a new WP site using the old interface?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is WordPress.com where the most popular plugins are pre-installed and we can’t install any extra ones. Did you perhaps previously have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software? That option is still available to you.

  By “new interface” do you mean the “My Site/Calypso” dashboard? You can still use the wp-admin dashboard even on a brand new WordPress.com site by adding wp-admin to the end of your address.
