Trying to transfer a Domain from Clikpic

  I am trying to transfer my domain, initially bought through Clikpic but hosted by Easyspace. Easyspace have told me I need to contact Clikpic to request a transfer, which I have done, as only they have the authority to set up the transfer. Clikpic are asking me to send them my new host’s TAG but I don’t know what that is or indeed who the host actually is, presumably not WordPress itself but a third party. I tried to get Clikpic to change the nameservers but they can’t do that, Easyspace has to and they can’t do that until Clikpic has this TAG thing. Can anyone help?

  WordPress.COM can’t accept transfer of domain name registrations into their system – you will need to transfer your domain name to another registrar such as Name Cheap or Network Solutions are two of the thousands out there.
