Trying to Update Gravatar Image

  I receive an error message each time I try to change my Gravatar image. The message is something like ‘hmmm, something went wrong. Please try uploading again later.’ I’ve tried later and I’ve tried multiple image sizes and file types, each with the same issue. Please help, thanks!

  Hi John,

  Your profile photo can be updated on the My Profile page in your WordPress.com account. Are you uploading the image there or directly on the Gravatar site.

  If you haven’t tried updating your photo on the My Profile page, please give that a try and let me know if you see any errors.
