Trying to update purchase but I can not.

  The site says ‘Unable to buy WordPress.com Premium, this site has WordPress.com Premium purchased by different user.’

  How can I see who the owner is?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi aybmark,

  The owner of blog.allyearbooks.co.uk (allyearbooksblog) already owns a Premium plan for the site — they will need to login to their account in order to manage this upgrade.

  The owner of the Premium plan is allyearbooksblog.

  that’s the user I am using. I am trying to transfer to another user as they have left the business.

  You are currently logged in as aybmark, rather than allyearbooksblog. If you are having trouble switching accounts, please try the following:

  1. Log out of WordPress.com
  2. Clear your browser cache using these steps
  3. Clear your WordPress.com cookies using these steps
  4. Login as allyearbooksblog

  Once you’ve done so, @allyearbooksblog should be displayed under the profile image on the My Profile page.

  I can help you transfer the plan to another user but I’ll need confirmation from the allyearbooksblog account first.
