Trying to update WordPress from 5.2.3 to 5.2.4 fail

    Hello,

    I’m trying to update WordPress to the latest version from the DashBoard but it gives me this error: 

    Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/release/wordpress-5.2.4-partial-3.zip…

Notice: ob_end_flush(): failed to send buffer of zlib output compression (0) in /home/propath/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4339
<strong>The authenticity of wordpress-5.2.4-partial-3.zip could not be verified as no signature was found</strong>.

    I do have on a plugin that needs to be updated, (LayerSlider) but we don’t have a license for it, so we can’t update it. I don’t know if that is the reason it won’t update. Any suggestions on what the issue is?
