Trying to upgrade – and failing miserably
-
Hello
I am a freelance marketing consultant, very new to WordPress and I would like your help to unravel the situation I have created!
I started out creating fitnutacademy.wordpress and fitnutcouk.wordpress and was doing well with the blog. The email address associated with the account was (email visible only to moderators and staff).
Sadly, I was asked a couple of weeks back to close down the blog by the company. I have deleted fitnutcouk.wordpress however, I have hidden fitnutacademy.wordpress from public view, just in case the company decides to resurrect in the future.
I won a new client and tried to set up a new blog for them. I was directed to the ‘fitnut’ area and happily created two new designs there. I changed the email address associated from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) because I was unable to use (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I’m in a bit of a mess now, because, I really want NavigatorXmarks to be on its own – with an admin log in etc, but, I cant work out how to do it. Can you help me please?
thankyou!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m in a bit of a mess now, because, I really want NavigatorXmarks to be on its own – with an admin log in etc, but, I cant work out how to do it.
If you want the site to be completely separate, you need to create a different username account first. Log out of this account, clear your browser cookies, and then create a new username via this link:
https://wordpress.com/start/account/user/
Then log back into this account, and transfer the site to the new account as explained here:

thank you so much .. new email account created, and both blog sites moved across. As soon as the company gives permission to upgrade to a paid site, I’ll do that! Thank you so much :)
