Trying to Upgrade but Payment Was Disabled

    I tried to upgrade from free upon launch, but my payment was rejected and payment was subsequently completely disabled on my account. I have sent a support request, but have gotten no indication that it was received or that anything is being done about it. Anything I can do, or do I just have to suck it up and wait?
