Trying to upload spun theme

    Hi There, I have recently moved jobs and was using a private wordpress site to share helpful resources with my team at my previous job and would like to do the same again in my new position. I am trying to upload the ‘spun’ theme as I find it’s perfect to what I need. However after downloading it when I try and upload it to my new site I get this error message:
    ‘The import archive contains one or more invalid files. Please make sure the names of your XML files don’t contain punctuation marks like brackets, commas, quotes, etc.
    Make sure you are using a valid WordPress export file in XML or ZIP format.’
    I wonder if anyone could help me as to how I can download this theme to my site?

    Hi Jamie –

    Are y’all using the open source software at WordPress.org? That’s different from the managed hosting environment that we provide here at WordPress.com.

    Please share the URL of the site so we can take a closer look and get you in the right direction for some help.
