Trying use a VISA debit card to bbuy upgrades and cannot

    I can’t use my debit card for a custom domain, i am trying to eliminate the “wordpress” from my URL and ALSO buy privacy protection and when I try to order I get a “your card was declined” message! My card/account has TONS of funds! What’s up??!!
