  I’m getting a message telling me to upgrade to TSL 1.2 because my current security is obsolete. I can’t find TSL 1.2 on my security settings (Windows 10). Unfortunately this is causing me difficulty getting secure access to my pages. Can you help? Thanks.

  Hi there,

  I’m not sure I understand what you mean by “TSL 1.2” can you tell me more about this? Where are you seeing this on your site. Can you take a screenshot so that we can see what you are seeing? When does it appear, only on certain pages?

  Also what if you try a different browser? For example if you normally use Chrome to access WordPress.com, what if you try Firefox instead. Do you see the same issue if you switch to a different browser?
