Tuned Balloon audio widget problems

  My audio player widget isn’t working for the Tuned Balloon theme. I have several questions: how to make the record player show up; why can’t I add audio files to the audio player widget; and why isn’t it in the right spot?

  After looking in your Media > Library page I could not find any audio files. Once you upload your audio files you can add them to your sidebar through this support guide:
