How do you turn off email of your posts? We want people to go to the site, not read our posts via email.

The My Followers support page says:
When someone follows your site, each time you publish new content on your blog they receive an update in their Reader, via email, or both depending on their settings.
It is the follower’s settings which determine whether they receive email notifications of your posts.
