Turn off privacy protection

  i’m very confused. my domain, which i paid a premium plan for, was: heartmymind.com. I need to use Wix because my web designer uses this. Today I canceled my WP site, but now I need to turn off privacy protection so I can transfer the WP site to Wix. Can you help me with this please?

  Hi there,

  Your domain was not registered with WordPress.com, it was only mapped. Whois data shows that the domain is registered with Launchpad Inc. I would contact them in regards to your domain registration.

  just a follow-up…
  i have never heard or worked with Launchpad Inc – so not sure how that happened.
  is there a way you can fix my account email to be (email visible only to moderators and staff) instead of the current address which is connected to a domain I had to delete: (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

  https://wordpress.com/settings/account/

  Please note that the change will not immediately take effect as you will receive a validation email at the new email address. Make sure to click the link in the validation email to confirm the email address change.
