Turning off JetPack notifications

  I have tried to follow the instructions in the help article but once I select the site in my WP account (that is closed and I no longer have access to) I just get a screen that looks to be trying to load the page but does nothing…

  I need to turn it off as I am getting about 100 emails a day!!!! help
