Turning Page Buttons into Links

Most templates have a header that lists all the page titles across the top of the page. I want to make a page that links to another page. The page would not have any content, it would just be a link. Is there a way to do this?

You say that you want to create a page that links to another page, but your description suggests that you instead merely want to create a menu item that links to a page, especially when you specify that the page “would not have any content.” Even a link in a page is content.
Are you merely wanting a custom link in a custom menu to a page?

Menu items in a custom menu may link to any valid URL. See the Custom Menus support page.

Yes that was exactly what I was trying to do and the customs menus page helped. I have now done what I’ve been trying for a week to do. Thanks so much.
