Tweet button is inconsistent…comments on post have error messages

  my website has technical difficulties. I’m getting error messages and don’t know how to fix them.here is what happens
  1: Tweet button shows on some pages and not on others. Also the word tweet shows up in the beginning of all my posts.
  2. under comments I have an error message
  3. side menu is wrapping onto post column
