  How do I change the colour of the site title and tagline on theme twenty eleven? I am using the free version so don’t have access to CSS.

  Hi there,

  CSS is required in order to change the site title and tagline colors on the twenty-eleven theme. You at least need the Premium Plan to have access to CSS:
