twenty fourteen video will not play on mobile phones

  http://saywattfx.com/ is my site using the twenty fourteen theme which should be mobile friendly. I embed the following video:

  which will play on any desktop but not mobile devices/smart phones. Please advise how to correct this issue as most of my traffic is mobile devices. Appreciate any input / clarify you can provide. Thank you.
