Twenty thirteen – header image change

    I have installed theme 20-13 but it will not allow me to use a different header image. I have tried uploading from my computer and using an image from the media file. All that happens is that I get a white page with a non-functioning “Help” button. there is no indication that the theme is being up-dated – no matter how long I wait.
