  The twitter button that visitors use on my site is not allowing them to share. The button is there but not correctly high lighted. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the link. Can you help?

  Hi there, I just tested your Twitter Share button below one of your posts, and it worked fine for me in Firefox, Safari and in Chrome on my Mac.

  Do you by chance know which browser the visitors are trying to use to share? Is this happening on Mobile or on desktop? If on Mobile, again, which browser?

  If you can try sharing a post to Twitter yourself, just as a test, let us know the results of that.
