Twitter Timeline
-
I am trying to get the Twitter Timeline feature to show up on my blog without any success. I tried to carefully follow the directions on your website and read through the support forums. So far nothing I’ve tried has worked. I double checked that the widget is correctly configured on a test html page so I know the Twitter part is working. Is there a blog / URL that you could point me at to see someone who has made it work. Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You can see the Twitter Timeline in action on our support page here: Twitter Timeline Widget
That page also include instructions for finding the widget ID you need to get the widget working on your blog. If you have followed those steps and you’re still running into trouble with this widget, please let me know and I can help further! :)

Rachel – Thank you so much for your help. With your help I think I may have figured out what is wrong. The Twitter timeline is only showing up on full URLs such as http://reallycoolthings.net/2013/10/20/2013-pacific-crest-saas-survey/ but does not show up on http://reallycoolthings.net/ which is the default to the latest post. Any idea why this might be happening or more importantly how I could fix it?
Thanks

Hi Scott,
I see what’s going on now — this is because of the visibility settings for your widget: Widget Visibility
Right now, the widget is only set to appear on pages where you’re the author of the page itself. You can either delete this visibility setting (so the widget appears everywhere on your site) or add another setting so it appears on the front page, too. To add that setting, you can click the Add link in the widget’s visibility settings. Then, select Page from the first drop down, and select Front Page from the second drop down menu.
Let me know if you have any questions about that!
