Twitter timeline tweets did not show up on blog page. How do I make it appear?

  I am trying to embed the Twitter timeline into the sidebar of my blog. According the WordPress Help page, I have done everything that is mentioned: Enabling my Twitter account to connect to WordPress, creating a Widget on Twitter so that I can obtain the unique number to input into the Twitter widget in WordPress. Yet after I saved the settings and refresh my blog page, the timeline of recent tweets did not appear. Just the title “Follow me on Twitter” and a link-less “My Tweets” html link. Can anyone tell me if I am doing anything wrong please? Thanks!

  You’re not doing anything wrong except being impatient. Sidebars are cached and don’t update immediately. I see it working now.
