Two Account

  Hello,
  I have two accounts accidentally and not sure how to link them… I have the first one that i created under my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email and domain was a free one that was give to me. Then I bought a domain through bluehost and it created a wordpress account for me. So now i use that one, but I went to change my avatar and took me to my old wordpress account. Do I delete my old account or???

  Creating a site at Bluehost cannot automatically create a WordPress.com account for you. It’s simply not possible, as there’s no connection between us and Bluehost. Bluehost will have created you an admin account for that site, but that account exists only on that specific site, and has nothing to do with your WordPress.com account you’re using to post here.

  If that admin account uses the same email address as your WordPress.com account, it would be pulling in your profile picture from your Gravatar profile, but that’s the only connection that exists.

  I you wanted to you could create a link between your Bluehost site and your WordPress.com account, which would allow you to manage that site via the WordPress.com interface. To do that you will have to log into the site using your admin account, install the Jetpack plugin, and then connect that plugin to WordPress.com.
