Two Accounts

  You (WP) were supposed to delete that account for James Romlein personal when I signed up for a business account. This has not been done and I am constantly logging in to the account ID @jwrf7c40f53c4eb which is not linked to Watertown.Press. Can you PLEASE fix this?

  Hi there,

  You’ll have to log in as the username that owns watertown.press in order to access it or any of its upgrades.

  The jwrf7c40f53c4eb account you’re using to post here was created only a week ago, does not own any sites, and has never contacted support before, not about deleting an account, nor any other issue.

  To log into your other account, type the correct username for that account into the login form, or use the email address with which you set up that account, and which is not the same as the email address that you used to create the jwrf7c40f53c4eb account.

  Also note that we do not delete accounts on behalf of users under any circumstances. Only the person logged into a particular account can delete it.
