Two accounts

  I have an account open with wordpress already that has my website already on it. If I close this account, will I still be able to log onto my other account

  Hi there,

  I see you’ve already gone ahead and closed this account, so I’m marking this thread as resolved.

  For anyone looking for an answer to this, deleting one WordPress.com account will not have any effect on any other WordPress.com account you own, nor on any self-hosted WordPress site.

  There are only two exceptions:

  1) Closing an account also deletes all sites the account owns. For example, account A owns the site, but account B is also an admin, if account A is closed the site will be deleted and also not be available for account B any more.

  2) If a self-hosted WordPress site is connected to the account via Jetpack, deleting the WordPress.com account will also break the Jetpack connection, and all Jetpack features that rely on that connection, like Stats, Publicize, some widgets, etc, will stop working.
