Two accounts

    Please can you help. I opened an account online and tried to sync with my phone. The issue is that I paid for the online one and opened it up on my app but I think it’s two different ones. I want to use the monspress.org and pay for this one only.

    Hey there,

    Are you referring to getting monspress.org on the WordPress app? You do have two different accounts. The account you are contacting us from is not connected to monspress.org. I would log out of this account and try to log into the account connected to the site. Do you remember the log in credentials for the other WordPress.com account?
