Two blog posts, one being saved and the other published have disappeared. Searches show nothing. All previous blog posts are still there.

  Will I be able to retrieve these posts?
  If I write something new will it also not be uploaded?

  The other one which I rarely use seems to have been used as default.

  Are the two posts hiding somewhere on the site?
  Or are they lost? If lost, should I uninstall?
  I would not be confident to write directly on any site again.

  The forums use whatever is set as your primary site if you don’t specify which site. You can change your primary site from account settings:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account/

  woolgatheringelsie.wordpress.com

  Can you tell us the titles of the two posts, please?

  I see one unpublished draft post on that site, The river Mourne ….. home waters., and according to the logs at https://wordpress.com/activity-log/woolgatheringelsie.wordpress.com you deleted that post twice, two days ago.

  And on 11 September you deleted another post, The Journey Begins.

  There’s no record of anything else being deleted and no other draft posts on that site.
