Two blogs mapped to two directories on same domain?

Can someone tell me if WordPress.com’s domain mapping function will let me map one of my blogs to:
http://www.mygreatsite.com/blog1And then map my other WordPress.com blog to:
http://www.mygreatsite.com/blog2Is this possible?
