Two Different Accounts with Same Email

Hello, I need to access my account for the website daniellechaines.com. I signed up to create a website with the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff), in which I already had an account but had forgotten as I created it a few years ago. My daniellechaines.com site is more important than my wordpress account for daniellecarioti, how may I access my site so I can access my dashboard?

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
