  Is there a way to recover my account without having access to two factor auth, backup codes, or transaction ID? I paid for a two year subscription and have the correct password but no longer have access to the two factor authentication.

  Hi there,

  Yes — there is still one recovery path.

  The best option is to use the Account Recovery form and provide any ownership details you can still access.

  Submit the form only once and include as much detail as possible.

  Hello Jadezilla,

  I need your help removing an article that has been published 10 years ago and there is no email address nor password that is still valid or existing. The recovery account not an option as the three option are not applicable for my problem. Due to this publicacation and the GDPR law we need to remove the image and arcticle as soon as possible! Please advise. Thank you!
