Two Factor Authentication

When attempting to log into my account, I select the ‘Send SMS code’ option for receiving a two-factor authentication code. However, I never receive a text message with my login code. My number has not changed since I set this up, and have successfully used this in the past.
I do not currently have access to my backup codes, and currently have a new phone without an authenitcation app set up yet.

My session is currently still valid for my personal and work computer.
When I try to log in on my phone, or clicking on My Profile or Account Settings I am prompted for an authentication code. This is where I click, “Send SMS code”, but I never receive the code.
