  I cannot log in using two factor authentication, I get no code on Google Authenticate and im logged out.

  Oh, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost. It also doesn’t seem to be connected to any WordPress.com account, so what is the exact URL you’re trying to access? Is it your Bluehost account or marketmevideo.tv/wp-admin?
