Two factor authentication issue

    I have lost my Registered Mobile SIM and i am facing issue with respect to two factor authentication and everytime i login to wordpress i have to enter the backup codes which limited in no: and can be used only once. Could you please help me sort out the following issue at the earliest.

    Hi kriteshsingh,

    The existing Two Step connection for your kriteshsingh account will need to be disabled before a new one can be enabled.

    A backup code can be entered when you are prompted to enter a verification code to “Disable Two-Step Authentication” in My Sites > Security > Two Step Authentication.

    From there, you can then enable a new connection and print a copy of the backup codes:

    Enable Two-Step Authentication
