Two issues

I have two problems to address with my Astra website. First, when I ‘return to shop’ from my empty cart I’m directed to one particular product page rather than the shop page. Second, I’m using a calculated field form for a custom product which works correctly. The problem is with the layout of the page. Previously I could use the Elementor full width to cause the display to span across the entire page, but now I can only display a smaller version using the theme or default layout settings. I’d like to return to the full page, and I’ve made several attempts to change the settings but have had no success so far.

    Hi there!

Please note that your site at vitalvittlespetfood.com is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by Bluehost. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

We are happy to point you in the right direction, but note that you may need to contact your hosting service for help or post on the WordPress.org community forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums

For help with the general look of the site (like the layout/width issues), I’d suggest reaching out to your theme support for help. If you’re using the Astra theme, you can reach out to Astra support here: https://wpastra.com/support/

If there are things that are not directly related to the theme (like the return to shop not taking you to the shop page), you can post on the WooCommerce support forum if you’re using WooCommerce to power the shop on your site. Here’s the link to WooCommerce support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

A good way to test if something is specific to the theme is to switch to a different theme and see if the problem persists. If it does, then the issue is likely not with the theme. Then you can post on the WooCommerce support forum above. But if it’s specific to the theme, you’d want to reach out to theme support for further assistance.

    Regards
