two issues, domain name and verification

    I have two issues, first of all, I used to type in familydoctormom.wordpress.com to get to my site, but WordPress kept recommending that I change the domain name to familydoctormom.com, and so I thought because you guys kept recommending it, it must be great, but now it just takes me to my bluehost account no matter what I do. How do I fix this and go back to familydoctormom.wordpress.com being the default, I cant figure out how to do this.

    Also, I a having trouble verifying on google. I keep inserting a meta tag into the tools section, but it wont verify. What am I doing wrong?

    Would you rather have familydoctormom.wordpress.com or familydoctormom.com be the URL that is displayed to users?
