  How can I make my blog in two languages so the viewer can choose dutch or english I have seen other blogs with this option. But can’t find out how to do it.

  You can’t – not while your blog is on WordPress.com. Bilingual or dual-language blog is possible only for self-hosted blogs. You have my best wishes because that’s why I want to do too.

  Quick workaround (not great, but works): Write two posts, one in English and the other in Dutch! Or just combine English-Dutch together in one post.
